What does blasphemy against the Holy Spirit mean?

Answer:

Luke 12: 10 will answer that. It's when one that knows the truth of God refuses to allow the Holy Spirit to witness through them against the false Messiah. Only then is it unpardonable.

Comment:

This can only happen after Satan appears. That is when we will be on trial for our beliefs and that is when the Holy Spirit speaks through us. The single most unique thing about this event is that when the voice comes out of us it will sound in the ears of each hearer in their own native language. Do not let some church that is flirting with familiar spirits tell you that certain people speak in "spiritual" tongues and another does the interpretation. That has never happened in God's word unless it is a person translating from one known language (such as English) to another known language (such as Spanish). Anything else and your common sense meter should peg out.
